The height of the evolution of the recession, it has steadily increased and the trends of changes in the arena of e-learning. The need for a more talented and sudden wave of industry changes online e-learning in a tight labor market has forced most companies to adapt the various changes. These companies are now trying to focus more on new learning strategies and performance through better integration of learning technologies. These factors have led to a number of changes in the industry, namely:

Already in 2006, progress and development of virtual learning as a source of training for workers spread rapidly in various fields, although it was not yet mainstream. The collective knowledge sites like Wikipedia has been a success since, and this tactic, combined with a friendly environment like Facebook, this fresh, active and attractive to students to get more information minus the boredom. There is no specific strategy for how this approach to learning works, but the process shows great potential to be used.
